The Shipping department provides advice and assistance on the preparation and negotiation of commercial shipping contracts of all kinds and levels of complexity. Our services in this sector include matter of vessel registration, contract drafting, sale agreements and purchase of ships and all other related activities such as ensuring that our clients’ vessels comply with the requirements of the Cyprus Department of Merchant Shipping as well as various flag administration issues.
