European Law

Since Cyprus’ accession to the European Union in 2004, the Cyprus legal system has experienced an enormous influence by the Union environment and its laws. Our specialised lawyers have on many occasions advised clients, offering viable solutions to the emerging need for harmonisation of Cyprus law with the EU acquis, as well as the required adaptation of legal entities to the development of this new order. Furthermore, we have represented clients in the relevant legal institutions and bodies on various occasions regarding issues of European Union Law, some of which include the areas of EU Competition Law, EU Employment Law, EU Environmental Law, EU Human Rights Law, EU Immigration Law and Policy and free movement of goods and services in the EU.
